The Opportunity
Weāre looking for a Client Support Coordinator to join our remote operations team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clientsāespecially Spanish-speaking individualsāseeking support with mental health services. You'll help onboard new clients, answer questions, and ensure they receive timely, empathetic, and informed assistance across phone, email, and chat.
Youāll be joining a mission-driven team that believes everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health careāand youāll play a direct role in making that possible.
What You'll Do
āļø Manage client communication via email, phone, and live chatĀ
āļø Guide new clients through onboarding, documentation, and service orientation
āļø Communicate fluently in both spoken and written Spanish, with sensitivity to healthcare language and terminology
āļø Respond with empathy, accuracy, and professionalismāespecially during sensitive conversations
āļø Use platforms like ZendeskĀ and other internal tools to log, track, and manage client inquiries
āļø Collaborate with a supportive team to improve processes and elevate the client experience
What We're Looking For
ā
Fluency in Spanish ā both verbal and written, without translation tools
ā
At least 1 year in a customer service role and 2 years in administrative support
ā
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
ā
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to support clients from diverse backgrounds
ā
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a high-impact environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or wellness services
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Experience supporting US-based clients
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA or willingness to train on data privacy best practices
Schedule:
š Full-time, Remote
š Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern TimeĀ Ā
š Occasional weekend coverage (scheduled in advance)
Compensation & Perks
šµ Salary:Ā PHP 60,000ā80,000/month
