About You @ GoWit:

You are a Product Lead at GoWit, a trailblazer in the adtech industry. Your mission is to lead and inspire a talented team focused on transforming campaign management solutions. With your strong background in adtech and passion for innovation, you are dedicated to driving our products to new heights.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead a team of three, including two developers, to enhance our campaign management processes.
• You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring our products align with business goals and market needs.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and feature requirements.
• You will utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvements.
• You will serve as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• You will foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability within your team, encouraging innovation and growth.

Your Qualifications:

• You have extensive experience in adtech, particularly in campaign management processes.
• You possess the ability to read and understand code, allowing you to assess its functionality effectively.
• You have experience leading teams, or you demonstrate strong leadership potential.
• Your background in e-commerce is a significant advantage.
• You have entrepreneurial experience, which adds value to your role (no, we won't penalize you for it).
• You are open to learning and exploring new domains, and you value flexibility and adaptability.
• You have strong communication, fluency in English (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills, which are essential in your role as a leader.

Compensation:

• You will receive a competitive salary of 3500 USD/month and have the opportunity for equity options, which are available for exceptional performance.
