About the team
The Gnosis AI team builds and maintains LLM-powered agents that interact with several domains, mostly focused around Prediction Markets. We also actively collaborate with ecosystem projects, including Olas (https://olas.network/), Naptha (https://naptha.ai/), FLock (https://www.flock.io/), among others.
Build and maintain Python-based LLM applications and Autonomous Agents for interacting with Prediction Markets
Utilise frameworks (such as Langchain and Autogen, or build your own when they don’t fit!) and tools (such as Chroma, Pinecone, and others) to build agents
Design and evaluate trading strategies and optimize them for the best results
Monitor agents running in production
Write integrations for web3 projects, like Omen (https://presagio.pages.dev), Polymarket, and Cowswap, among others
Our Tech stack:
Python: Streamlit for visualization, Autogen/CrewAI/Langchain/many others for agents, web.py for web3 functions, OpenAI/Anthropic/Llama/many others for LLM endpoints
GCP, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes for deployment
Langfuse for LLM monitoring

3+ years experience with Python, Solidity/Typescript a plus
Experience with machine learning (training & testing of models, testing hypotheses, designing benchmarks, A/B testing, and similar)
Experience managing and maintaining deployed applications in production
Experience with LLMs, including popular foundation models like OpenAI’s GPTs, Anthropic’s Claude, and local LLMs like Ollama
Experience with LLM-related development, e.g., Langchain, CrewAI, Vector DBs, Prompt Engineering, etc
[Big plus] Blockchain expertise (web3.py, Foundry)
[Plus but not required] Experience running LLMs in production (e.g., LLMOps, Observability, etc.)
Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration within an international team setting
