Role Description
We’re looking for a senior social media manager who knows how to create buzz, jump on and off trends, and build an engaged community. This isn’t a rinse-and-repeat social role, our brand is fun, our team is creative, and you’ll have the freedom to experiment, go big, and make an impact.

Responsibilities
Strategy: Translate organizational goals into impactful social media strategies.
Content creation: Create and manage a year-long content calendar, executing campaigns to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
Community engagement: Foster a sense of community, encouraging conversations and participation among followers. Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to extend reach and credibility.
Brand reputation: Monitor social media for potential issues, negative feedback, or crises, and respond appropriately. Work with internal teams to develop response strategies for handling brand reputation challenges.
Performance: Determine, monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on organic social strategy and execution.
Have a track record of success in growing and engaging audiences across multiple social media platforms.
Expertise in audience research and platform-specific best practices (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for tone and brand alignment.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
