We are currently looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to identify, attract, and hire talents who embody our company's values and drive our success. You will foster a data-driven culture in recruitment, leveraging analytics to enhance decision-making, optimize processes, and ensure we consistently bring in top talent that fuels our growth and innovation.
Promova is a one-stop language learning platform that includes a mobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 15 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots!
- Experience in building and successfully managing a recruiting team;
- Proven track record of implementing recruiting process improvements;
- Data-driven approach to recruiting. Experience in building a transparent system for managing the effectiveness of the recruitment process;
- Perfect understanding of the labor market and trends;
- Experience in a product company is preferred;
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher;
- Manage the recruiting team and serve as a role model for a team of TA specialists;
- Develop and implement effective search and sourcing strategies to attract top IT talents;
- Utilize data-driven approaches to manage team performance and optimize recruitment processes;
- Recruiting for positions in the global market (Eastern and Central Europe, LATAM);
- Contribute to market expansion initiatives and identify new talent pools;
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to set recruitment expectations and ensure successful search completion;
- Contribute to the employer branding strategy.
