We provide a convenient online platform that helps people efficiently manage their healthcare needs, leading to significant time and cost savings.

We’re currently hiring two strong analytical specialists to join our Growth Lab — an internal team working directly with Liki24 top management on high-impact projects.

About you:

  • We expect 2+ years of experience in the following (or similar) fields:
    • Management consulting / Audit / Investment Banking / VC / or similar professional services; 

    • Operations, Growth, Product, Marketing, or Expansion roles in consumer startups, product IT companies, FMCG companies, or other similar dynamic organizations;

  • Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset - you enjoy finding answers through data;
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business analysis, mathematics, computer science or other fields would be a plus;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams;
  • Intermediate+ level of English.

Depending on your strengths and interests, you may choose one of the following roles:

Growth Analyst 

You’ll work on scaling affiliate marketing projects — especially CPA-driven partnerships across European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage affiliate networks, direct partners, and performance optimization;
  • Evaluate offers and run ROI-based experiments;
  • Collaborate with consultants and regional experts;
  • Lead mini-projects in growth marketing: new channels, integration tests, promo personalization;
  • Report on key CPA channel metrics: ROI, volume, profitability.

Strategic Operations Analyst (Pricing & Commercial Strategy Focus)

This role focuses on pricing strategy, market research, and cross-functional process optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product pricing across regions and recommend pricing strategy;
  • Work with data on customer behavior and competition;
  • Support cross-functional projects (marketing, product, ops);
  • Build dashboards, models, and insights for key stakeholders;
  • Identify demand/supply gaps and propose solutions.
