Role Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to focus on our central operations functions at EverCommerce.

  • Support our Ops Strategist in outlining and kicking off Salesforce implementations or change management projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on developing sustainable and scalable business processes
  • Develop Salesforce administrative best practices and frameworks for implementing and maintaining them across the portfolio
  • Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories:
    • CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
    • Sales Enablement solutions (SalesLoft, Outreach, InsideSales, etc.)
    • Telephony solutions (Talkdesk, Ring Central, native CRM voice solutions, etc.)
    • Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration, or other related work experience
  • Comfortable managing long term projects alongside day-to-day output
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while aligning with a shared team goal
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary

Requirements

This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation

The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 – $90,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
