Requirements
You're bold, thoughtful, and unafraid to try new things. You might describe yourself as a relationship builder, a natural motivator - or just someone who makes things happen.
Youâll also bring:
- A background in education, psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or admissions, ideally with long sales cycles and values-led communication
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication; bonus points for APAC language skills
- Strong organisational and tech capabilities - especially using CRMs and digital tools
- An understanding of or experience with sales methodologies (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Gap Selling)
- Cultural awareness and a track record of connecting with people across geographies and backgrounds
- A growth mindset, a sense of humour, and a genuine passion for meaningful work
Benefits
đ° Salary: Approx. $75,600 AUD/year
- Equivalent to $4,200 USD/month, paid in USD
- Approximate AUD range: $74,000â$78,000 AUD/year depending on experience and exchange rates
