Job Description:

The Senior Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for Elite’s suite of software products. This role involves working closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective use of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, videos, and online courses.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Assess training needs and create customized training solutions to address specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and product enhancements.
  • Provide post-training support to ensure the successful understanding of software products.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, implementing adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Track learner progress and provide regular reports on training activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in instructional design, training delivery, and facilitation, with a focus on technical or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning best practices and theories.
  • Proficiency with learning tools such as Docebo, Articulate360, Camtasia.
  • Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable content and tailor training content by audience.
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, organization, efficiency, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
