Our client is a Denver-based digital marketing company specializing in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay-Per-Click advertising), and SMM (Social Media Marketing). They help businesses of various sizes, including startups and enterprises, to scale their operations by improving their online presence. Their services include driving qualified traffic through paid and organic sources, increasing lead conversion rates, and retaining customers through strategic digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new clients
    1. SMS/EMAIL new Clients for the first month to gather information
    2. Take notes on the onboarding meeting
    3. Local Service ads for Insurance Issues
  • Check documents or request documents from clients
  • Submit insurance documents to Local Service ads
  • Monday.com: CRM/project management
    1. Update client status
    2. Follow the checklist in CRM
  • Coordinate/Communicate with Clients and the SEO team for pictures or other details needed
  • Create Reports monthly
  • Project/website timelines
    1. Coordinate with different teams
    2. Make sure deadlines are hit
    3. Keep all team updated on the progress of the project
    4. Get content from clients as needed
  • Team health
    1. Maintaining Communication across all teams
  • Tracking cancellations
    1. Schedule Offboarding after the last billing
    2. Remind Michael of the schedules of the cancellations for the week
    3. Review calls and place in Google Sheets the main reason for the cancellation
    4. Gohighlevel schedule clients
  • Local Service ads for Insurance Issues
    1. Remind clients that have expiring Insurance
    2. Check documents or request documents from clients
    3. Submit insurance documents to Local Service ads
    4. Call local Service Ads if there is an issue on summiting Insurance/Billing not working/Google business profile is not linking

Requirements

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in client onboarding, project coordination, or client success management (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise between clients and internal teams effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Monday.com for project management and CRM usage.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) for reporting and communication.
  • Familiarity with Slack for team communication and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Gohighlevel for scheduling and managing client communications.
  • Experience with AHREFS for SEO reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Local Service Ads and handling related insurance documentation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing tools and processes.
  • Previous experience in client success or account management roles.
  • Ability to create and interpret client performance reports using templates and automation tools.
  • Problem-solving skills for handling issues related to client documentation, billing, and other tasks.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500
