Doctor Eleks is looking for a Trainee Information Developer (Technical Writer) in Ukraine.
ABOUT PROJECT
Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.
The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of healthcare service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong written Ukrainian skills – ability to create clear, concise, and grammatically correct technical documentationBasic understanding of software development processes and interest in the healthcare IT domainAttention to detail and ability to follow existing documentation standards and style guidesBasic experience with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word)Analytical thinking and willingness to learn how to present complex technical information in a user-friendly wayTeamwork and communication skills – ability to collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analystsIntermediate or higher level of EnglishRESPONSIBILITIES
Follow a standardized process to edit and deliver software documentationManage the process of creating internal documentationTranslate and edit technical textsCreating release notes and video instructionsDevelop different types of documentation in Ukrainian and EnglishCreate documentation templatesCollect information through product documentation, requirements, and SME interviewsEffectively structure, organize, and communicate technical information to best meet the needs of product audienceConvert complex technical information into easily understood content through diagrams and graphicsWHAT YOU WILL GET WITH DOCTOR ELEKS
