Eleks Compensation & Benefits is looking for Human Resources Data Analyst in Ukraine.
The Human Resources Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes and improve overall organizational performance. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of HR metrics.
This role will involve handling HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests while also preparing data for audits and surveys. Additionally, the analyst will be involved into HRMS implementation. This position requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members queries.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar roleProficiency in HR analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data StudioHands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plusKnowledge of statistical analysis software is an advantage; understanding of HR metrics and benchmarksStrong ability to analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insightsExperience in developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reporting systemsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance or a related fieldUpper-intermediate level of EnglishStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable recommendationsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentRESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracyDevelop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends and metricsAnalyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, remuneration, turnover, recruitment, and engagementPrepare and present regular as well as ad-hoc reports to HR leadership, providing actionable insights to inform strategic and timely decision-makingRespond to ad-hoc data requests from other teams, management, and executives, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryAutomate all people-related reports and dashboardsConduct analysis on employee demographics, skills, and competencies to support succession planningDesign and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiativesMonitor and report on HR metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsIdentify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations through data analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR systems and processesEnsure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies regarding employee dataPrepare and provide data for audits, compliance checks, and internal/external surveysAssist in audits and compliance reviews related to HR data managementProvide training and support to HR, management and executives teams on HR data reflected in Power BIContribute to the HRMS (Workday) implementation, ensuring seamless integration of people analytics and dashboard functionalitiesEnsure data integrity, security, and governance across all HR reporting and analytics functionsWHAT WILL YOU GET WITH ELEKS
