With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:

  • Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of mixed residential property cases from instruction through to completion
  • Provide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from Team Leaders
  • Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner
  • Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
  • Providing proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
  • Resolve complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a property
  • Undertake file audits and reviews
  • Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Assist Team Leaders with team development, coaching and mentoring

Requirements

All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent Residential Property Conveyancers:

  • At least 2-4 years PQE in residential conveyancing (SRA / CLC or CILEx)
  • Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong affinity for digital technology
  • Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchases, new build, transfers of equity and re-mortgaging work
