What's the opportunity?

The intercompany reconciliation analyst will coordinate and efficiently execute the financial reconciliation process between the company's subsidiaries and operational entities, ensuring that transactions between related entities are accurate. The analyst will also be responsible for tracking and recording foreign exchange transactions. 


What will you be doing?
  • Review and reconcile transactions between subsidiaries and operational entities.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies that arise during the reconciliation of balances.
  • Record foreign exchange trades, ensuring accurate and timely entries in the accounting system.
  • Identify opportunities for automating reconciliation processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide support for external and internal audits related to intercompany and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure that reconciliation and currency exchange processes are harmonized across the group.


  • What skills and qualifications do you need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance) or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with a focus on intercompany reconciliation or financial reporting. 
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is desirable. 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Previous experience in multinational corporations or companies with complex intercompany structures.
  • Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Advanced English.
