About the role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and directly own the Product Marketing and reporting responsibilities within the team. You’ll own the full marketing strategy - from product marketing to content and demand generation - and manage a small but mighty team. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to align our brand, messaging, and campaigns with user growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion goals.
What you’ll do:
Marketing Strategy & LeadershipOwn and execute our end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to PLG, Sales, and CS motionsLead OKR planning in collaboration with the CRO and Chief of StaffManage and coach a team of three: Partnerships Manager, Content Marketing Specialist, and Demand Generation ManagerAlign cross-functionally on product launches, sales priorities, and growth initiatives
Positioning, Messaging & EnablementDefine ICPs, buyer personas, and segmentation strategyCreate compelling messaging and positioning frameworks by segmentLead product and feature launch planning with Product and GrowthPartner with Sales/CS on enablement content and win/loss insights
Demand GenerationOwn strategy and execution across paid, organic, and partner channelsOptimize lead scoring, nurture workflows, and campaign analyticsBuild strategic partnerships and run events to drive SQLs
Content & BrandSet and lead content strategy to support SEO, brand awareness, and thought leadershipEnsure consistent storytelling and brand voice across all channelsCollaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to scale content production
Performance Tracking & ReportingReport regularly on marketing performance and team impactContinuously refine strategy and execution based on data insightsYou’ll Thrive If You...
Have 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a PLG environmentHave led cross-functional marketing programs and managed direct reportsAre a strong storyteller and strategist who can balance big-picture vision with tactical executionExcellent copywriting skills and attention to detailKnow your way around modern marketing stacks (HubSpot, Wordpress, Intercom etc.)Are data-driven, curious, and energized by fast-paced environmentsLove working across teams and wearing multiple hatsEnjoy being remote but if you're living in Montreal, be open to spending time in the office tooExperience in early-stage, high-growth SaaS startupsFamiliarity with Scrum and Agile would be a benefit We're a fast-growing startup passionate about harnessing technology to revolutionize the retail space.
