Summary and Objectives:

We are seeking a dynamic Part Time Sales Development Representative for our client with a focus on pure cold calling to join our team. This role is pivotal in scouting property owners interested in selling, checking expired listings, setting appointments for the CEO, and contacting leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, preferably in real state, be comfortable with high-volume cold calling, and possess a go-getter attitude. A willingness to learn new platforms, including IXACT CRM, is essential.

Requirements

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to scout for property owners interested in selling their properties.
  • Research and follow up on expired listings to identify potential leads.
  • Set appointments with potential clients for the sales team.
  • Contact and nurture leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 and CRM systems to track leads, manage appointments, and update client information.
  • Learn and efficiently use the IXACT CRM platform in daily tasks.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Handle rejection with resilience and maintain enthusiasm for cold calling and lead generation.
  • Consistently follow up with leads and potential clients to build relationships and close deals.

  • Thick skin and resilience when facing rejection or challenging situations.
  • Go-getter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and follow up consistently.

  • Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the IXACT platform.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and closing deals.

 

Qualifications and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or sales roles.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
