Capchase is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices, you will be an integral member for our Go-To-Market team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about Capchase. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team, but most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in an exciting field. 🚀 The Job
  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound efforts including, email outreach, social selling (LinkedIn), and personalized multi-channel campaigns.

  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.

  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process.

  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.

  • Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations.

 

🧠 Required Experience/Skills
  • 1-3 years experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR role targeting enterprise-level accounts.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear value propositions.

  • Proven experience leveraging multi-threading and multi-channel outreach techniques (phone, email, LinkedIn, personalized videos).

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM tools), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.

  • Organized, driven, and comfortable with high-volume prospecting with resilience and grit.

  • Experience selling into financial personas (CFOs, VP Finance, VP Accounting) highly preferred.

  • Financial literacy: strong understanding of financial concepts such as ARR, contract financing, revenue recognition, deal structuring, or related financial services/products.
