This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 25 hours per week (flexible scheduling during client's business hours).

Client Timezone: PST

 

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely completion

  • Follow up on tenant needs and communications

  • Handle bookkeeping-related follow-ups and coordination

  • Act as a "human reminder" system for the department

  • Conduct daily or weekly check-ins on maintenance status and completion

  • Send regular reports to the head of department on task status

  • Monitor and track various operational tasks to prevent items from being overlooked

  • Communicate with maintenance personnel to verify work completion status

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AppFolio property management software (required)

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Excel proficiency for data organization and reporting

  • QuickBooks experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to work independently and manage follow-up tasks

  • Strong organizational and tracking skills

  • Reliable communication abilities for coordinating with various stakeholders
