BrightSign, the global leader in digital signage solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Channel Development Manager to drive growth and manage relationships within our DMR/Distribution channel. This role is ideal for a candidate with proven experience in channel sales within the AV or digital signage industry. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, building lasting relationships with channel partners, and executing sales strategies that align with BrightSign’s mission to deliver best-in-class digital signage solutions. 

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the Director of Channel Development to create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the DMR/Distribution channel that aligns with BrightSign’s overall objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, recruiting and developing channel partners, securing new key accounts, and expanding geographic and vertical market presence.
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with key DMR channel partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop tailored business plans and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with the Director of Channel Development to implement and refine target account plans, ensuring long-term growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospective clients in the digital signage space.
  • Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align on strategies and initiatives.
  • Share insights from the field to enhance customer experiences and refine product offerings. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of channel sales experience in the AV or digital signage industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing channel relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the DMR/Distribution channel and go-to-market strategies in the digital signage market.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet partners and customers.
