Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bonapolia

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is proficient in leveraging the latest recruitment technologies to identify, attract, and engage top-tier global talent. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts by sourcing and attracting highly qualified candidates for diverse tech positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to pre-onboarding
• Defining the best talent strategies and a tailored approach for the recruitment process
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best hiring outcomes
• Tracking and managing candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline using our ATS (TeamTailor) and other tools
• Continuously improving recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in talent acquisition across international markets
• Experience in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple professional channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, etc
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in multiple positions simultaneously
• Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision-making
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Proactive, self-driven approach to work
• Fluency in English and Russian

This is a full-time remote position.
