The Vice President of Revenue Operations is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing the entire revenue lifecycle of the organization. This role oversees the alignment and performance of sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operations to ensure scalable growth, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. The VP of Revenue Operations will lead a team focused on analytics, systems, enablement, and process improvement to maximize revenue efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals.
o Partner with executive leadership to drive go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Revenue Process Optimization:
o Design and implement scalable processes across the revenue funnel (lead to renewal).
o Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales and customer lifecycle.
• Data & Analytics:
o Own revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
o Provide actionable insights to drive growth and improve conversion rates.
• Technology & Systems:
o Oversee the tech stack for sales, marketing, and customer success (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, BI tools).
o Ensure systems are integrated, optimized, and support business needs.
• Enablement & Training:
o Lead sales and customer success enablement initiatives.
o Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, content, and training needed to succeed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
o Align departmental goals and metrics to ensure cohesive execution.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills:
• Experience integrating acquisitions and related salesforce migration projects
• Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Familiarity with RevOps frameworks and best practices.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
