What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with blueAPACHE's Talent Acquisition team to scout the best and brightest talent in the technology space in Sri Lanka.
- Develop and place job advertisements for specific business requirements
- Phone screen, interview and negotiate salaries with candidates ensuring a seamless, engaging and high quality process.
- Conduct candidate reference checks
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract talent for a range of critical projects & role types.
- Maintain talent pools to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates, focusing on long term interactions.
- Get creative with sourcing strategies—whether it’s LinkedIn, networking events, or the occasional career fair!
- Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across blueAPACHE to meet hiring needs.
- Maintain a human-centric approach, delivering a positive and engaging experience for candidates from application through to onboarding.
- Track and analyse hiring metrics to help us improve and celebrate our successes!
What You'll Bring:
- A passion for people and a strong understanding of the hiring landscape.
- Strong background in recruiting technology professionals, particularly in the infrastructure space.
- A deep technical understanding of systems and network engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate recruitment software for efficient candidate management and communication.
- Experience in the use of various sourcing channels and proactive talent pooling.
- Exceptional communication skills and a sense of humor—because we believe work should be fun! 😄
- A driven results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
