Job Summary:


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service, support, and guidance. You will communicate with enthusiasm, actively listen, and focus on providing tailored solutions to each unique situation.


Responsibilities:


- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technology to manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies


Requirements:


- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adjust to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Schedule:


- Monday to Friday
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Location: Remote


Pay:


- $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
- Expected hours: no less than 40 per week
