Job Description
Atwell is seeking a Land Solutions Project Coordinator to provide essential support to Project Managers and the Leadership Team. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating activities across project teams, ensuring seamless communication between field and office personnel, managing data and documentation, and supporting project execution. You will represent Atwell in client communications, facilitate internal coordination, and contribute to the overall success of our land acquisition projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Development: Assist Project Managers in developing proposals, work orders, and amendments. Tasks include project scoping, goal setting, budget estimation, staffing coordination, and schedule creation.
- Research and Due Diligence: Support data analysis and research to identify client requirements, project standards, and deliverables.
- Team Coordination: Organize project teams, onboard contractors, develop communication plans, and facilitate project meetings under the guidance of Project Managers.
- Project Monitoring: Collect, analyze, and summarize project data and trends. Provide regular updates to Project Managers to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Budget Management: Support budget tracking by inputting data, analyzing variances, and preparing monthly vendor invoices for timely submission.
- Communication Management: Maintain proactive internal communication by keeping Project Managers updated, encouraging team dialogue, and participating in client and internal status calls.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, ensure deliverables are accurate and on time, and maintain professional client communication.
- File Management: Organize project materials, maintain project files, and ensure all documentation complies with Atwell’s standards and processes.
- Client Relations: Assist Project Managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting business development initiatives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet Atwell’s quality standards and contribute to the team’s professional reputation.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends by attending workshops, networking, and participating in professional associations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in land acquisition, right of way, or related fields.
- Experience working with real estate and right of way documents.
