QA Fundamentals:

  • Experience in test delivery in an Agile model.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture good to have.
  • Support to client during UAT and Development.
  • Coordinating with Client team for Integration testing between application and board
  • Test cases writing, Bug reporting
  • Atlassian tools knowledge – JIRA, Confluence
  • Strong with communication (verbal and written)
  • Team player

Requirements

Automation Experience:

  • Contribute to the design and architecture of the test automation framework to ensure it is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Expert level understanding of complete test automation and various test automation framework
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation of APIs using SOAPUI/Rest Assured or other API automation frameworks
  • Advanced Selenium experience
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce is a plus
  • 8+ years of automation experience
  • Proven work experience as a QA automation engineer (or lead engineer)
  • Ability to build a project from scratch and implement test frameworks for future products to follow
  • Ability to review current workflows and look for areas of improvement as a team grows
  • Able to motivate a team, recognize good talent, and bring out the best from each individual
  • Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation; ideally in a continuous delivery environment
  • Be a strong leader with experience in implementing and shaping the company's QA processes and strategies
  • Flexible with the ability to prioritize work and tasks under pressure
  • Ability to handle conflict effectively
  • Ability to build, implement, and direct quality assurance principles and maintain the quality of delivery
  • Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker, and assertive
  • Solid experience in Java/Selenium, Cucumber, BitBucket, Confluence, Git and Jira
  • Front end debugging of angular/javascript/html/css with Firebug or Chrome console is a plus
  • Previous experience with test case management tools
  • Experience with API testing is a plus
  • Performance Testing is a plus
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication
