Job Overview:
Aquiva Labs, a leading Salesforce PDO and consulting partner, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Product Owner. This role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for client-facing projects, aligning client objectives with development teams and bridging communication between technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion customer needs and translate them into product features.
- Define product vision and roadmap based on measurable business value.
- Prioritize user stories and manage product backlog in Agile environment.
- Innovate for ROI using data and user insights.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define acceptance criteria.
- Conduct acceptance testing and product demos.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Maintain focus, prevent scope creep, and drive progress with data-driven metrics.
- Travel internationally for customer workshops and design sessions if required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of Product Owner experience (preferably all withing SF exosystem)
- Strong English communication skills.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Technical aptitude.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Creative problem solving & strategic thinking.
- Analytical & business acumen.
- Salesforce Core Experience
- Salesforce Service Cloud Experience
- Salesforce Data Cloud Experience
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Product Experience within the Loyalty space (any industry)
- Marketing Product Experience
- Salesforce Loyalty Management experience
- Product Management experience
- QA Knowledge or Developer Experience
- Marketing Insights
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or related field.
