Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and adaptable full-time QA Manager to lead our team of Quality Assurance Analysts within the Mastery department, serving the Schools Division of Age of Learning. This role focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality, educational game development, and software products through effective testing strategies and management. The QA Manager will balance the need for rapid deployment with the mitigation of risk, ensuring robust quality assurance practices are in place.
The ideal candidate will have experience in game development and a strong background in testing processes, with a passion for building and leading highly effective teams. They will work closely with leadership to refine quality standards, introduce innovative testing methods, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Total Compensation:
The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
