What You'll Be Doing:
Empowering the team with actionable insights about our users and their behavior, to support our business growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.Sharing findings, insights and recommendations across the broader organizationCreate and design A/B experiments, reports and dashboard to track progress, analyze the results and provide decision recommendationsStandardizing reporting metrics based on key business objectivesMonitoring KPIs, flagging potential performance improvements to the team early and often, and keeping the team informed of progressPartnering with teammates to develop and adapt analytic event definitions, testing frameworks, and segmentation criteriaCollaborate cross functionally to drive alignment and consistency in measurementIdentifying technical and strategic gaps in our analytics infrastructure and proactively driving best-in-class solutionsRequirements:
5+ years of work experience in product and user behavior analysis for B2C teams, preferably in the growth product spaceExpert level experience running product A/B experimentationProficiency in pulling and joining large data sets with SQL and performing analysis using tools such as Python, R, or ExcelProficiency in designing and building dashboards with tools such as Apache Superset, Looker, or TableauAn understanding and excitement in building out optimized tables and views in a Data Warehouse/MartsStrong attention to detail, analytical, and a problem solverExpert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire, a knack for breaking down complex concepts, and a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharingBonus Points:
