ActiveCampaign is looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in Brazil. As marketing lead in Brazil, you’ll be responsible for expanding brand awareness and sales pipeline, as well as informing the company’s go-to-market based on your knowledge of the region.
What your day could consist of:
Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy that aligns with ActiveCampaign's overall marketing goals, considering the unique needs of the Brazilian marketDevelop and execute regional campaigns that span across channels, including conferences, local events, and influencer marketingManage all aspects of the marketing budget for Brazil, including digital marketing campaigns, events, and content creationOversee lead generation in region, working with the sales team to increase pipeline and build a strong funnel from lead to conversionBe part of ActiveCampaign’s on-the-ground presence at events in BrazilGenerally use your knowledge of the region to adapt ActiveCampaign’s marketing in Brazil, from improving existing programs to proposing new onesWhat is needed:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a focus on SaaS companies and demand generationProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns from scratchUnderstanding of the Brazilian business landscape and marketing trendsStrong understanding of event marketing and demand generationExperience with marketing automation platforms is a plusFluency in Portuguese and EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
