Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management, ideally for e-commerce or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.

Requirements

Required Tools & Skills
  • Experience: 3+ years in social media management or a related role.
  • Platforms & Tools: Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
  • Analytics Expertise: Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Paid Campaigns: Hands-on experience in creating and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Preferred Tools & Skills
  • Design: Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually compelling content.
  • Video Editing: Experience using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Project Management: Knowledge of project management tools such as Notion or Asana.
