This apartment is located in a beautiful old building in Lacknergasse, in the 17th district of Vienna. The flat is totally new equipped with everything you need. Furthermore, nearly everything in this flat is new, e.g. wooden floor, the bathroom, the kitchen, the heating system, all windows...
After entering the flat on the first floor of the building (elevator available), you're in a small vestibule with a window, facing the courtyard. From this room, you can enter the small but very nice bathroom, which is complelty new designed with timeless flaggings and a great walk-in-shower. The bathroom has also got a window, which faces the courtyard and there is a towel-heating placed in the bathroom.
The kitchen is also new and it offers really everything you need (including for example a dishwasher, oven, cooker, coffee-machine...).
There is one big room in the flat, which will offer you enough space (aprox. 21m²) and which is equipped with new furniture. For example, you'll find a very comfortable bed, a sofa, storage space, a wardrobe, a big table with four chairs and a TV in this room. The whole design of the flat is very natural and warm, with focus on a combination of easy elegance, usefull pieces and nordic-spirit.
There is fast Wifi connection available at the whole apartment. You'll be provided everything you need and I'm sure you'll have a great stay at my place.

Unfortunately Housinganywhere collects a high fee from the home-owner for the first month's rent. That's why I set my prices as follows:
Duration of stay: 1 month: € 1050
Duration of stay 2 or 3 months: € 970 / month
Duration of stay longer than 3 months: € 890 / month

Due to legal reasons, you can rent this apartment for 3 - 6 months. In case you want to stay for another period of time, please contact me, as for shorter stays a tourism tax (approx. 30 Euro / month) has to be paid additionally. Don't worry, I will get this organized for you!
I would like to point out that this apartment - in contrast to many other short-term apartments in Vienna - is an apartment that can be officially rented short- and midterm.

*** DIE WOHNUNG ***
Diese Kurzzeit-Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Lift-Stock eines klassischen Altbau-Gebäudes, in der ruhigen Lacknergasse, im 17. Bezirk Wiens (Seitengasse, Einbahn, 30er-Zone).
Die Wohnung wurde komplett saniert liebevoll neu möbliert. Es handelt sich um einen kernsanierten Altbau - alles in der Wohnung wurde kürzlich hochwertig erneuert (Parkettboden, neues Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Walk-In-Dusche, neue Küche mit Geschirrspüler, neue Heizung, neue Fenster, vollständig neue Möblierung und Ausstattung etc.). Sie beziehen hier somit eine wunderbare Altbauwohnung, die stilvolle ausgestattet und frisch saniert ist.
Sie betreten die Wohnung und stehen in einem kleinen Vorraum mit hofseitigem Fenster. Von hier aus gelangt man in das kleine, feine Badezimmer, das eine ebenerdige Walk-In-Dusche hat, ein stilvolles Waschbecken, praktischen Stauraum und ein WC. Auch im Badezimmer ist ein hofseitiges Fenster vorhanden.
Vom Vorraum aus gelangen Sie außerdem auch in die nagelneue Küche, die mit diversen Geräten (Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen etc.) ausgestattet ist und genügend Arbeitsfläche bietet.
Der große Raum hat knapp über 21m² Fläche. Hier finden Sie ein sehr gemütliches Bett mit kuscheligen Decken, ein Sofa, einen Kleiderschrank, genügend weiteren Stauraum, vier Stühle mit einem ausziehbaren Tisch und auch einen TV mit zahlreichen Sendern, aus denen Sie wählen können. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Abstellraum, in dem auch eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner vorhanden ist.
In der gesamten Wohnung ist schnelles W-LAN verfügbar, das im Preis inbegriffen ist.

Leider hebt Housinganywhere eine hohe Gebühr vom Vermieter für die erste Monatsmiete ein. Deshalb staffel ich meine Preise wie folgt:
Aufenthaltsdauer: 1 Monat: € 1050
Aufenthaltsdauer 2 oder 3 Monate: € 970 / Monat
Aufenthaltsdauer länger als 3 Monate: € 890 / Monat
WICHTIG: IN DER MONATLICHEN MIETE SIND ALLE NEBENKOSTEN INKLUSIVE (Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Betriebskosten, High-Speed-Internet, TV).
*** RECHTLICHE HINWEISE ***
Aus rechtlichen Gründen kann diese Wohnung nur für einen Zeitraum von 3 bis 6 Monaten angemietet werden. Sollten Sie für einen anderen Zeitraum kommen wollen, bitte ich um Kontaktaufnahme. Für Aufenthalte unter 3 Monaten muss zusätzlich eine Ortstaxe (ca. € 30 / Monat) gezahlt werden. Um die Abgabe dieser Taxe kümmere ich mich, also keine Sorge, hier entsteht kein bürokratischer Mehraufwand.
Abschließend mache ich darauf aufmerksam, dass in dieser Wohnung die kurzfristige Vermietung OFFIZIELL ERLAUBT ist, was bei vielen anderen Wohnungen in Wien nicht der Fall ist. What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
