questa è una villa con giardino privato, non un appartamento! Forse l'unica Villa a Torino con camere in affitto a soli studenti! Si trova in una posizione comoda al Politecnico, alla Facoltà di Medicina, Economia, Biotecnologie, ecc (sotto potete vedere un elenco dei principali mezzi pubblici per raggiungere le varie facoltà di Torino). Come potete vedere si trova in una posizione strategica ... si può rapidamente raggiungere ogni parte di Torino, questa zona infatti, data la vicinanza con il principale Ospedale Universitario di Torino, deve essere raggiungibile rapidamente anche in autobus da ogni parte della città! Molto vicino alla Villa (pochi metri), si trova anche un supermercato (Carrefour) e un parco molto grande, dove poter fare jogging.
Vicino a casa sono presenti le fermate di molti autobus/tram (linea 4, 10, 42, 63, 92, 92, 93 per esempio) e la stazione della metropolitana è a circa 700m.
Il giardino della villa è perfetta per rilassarsi ed è coperta dalla connessione internet wi-fi!
Recentemente abbiamo cambiato tutte le finestre della casa con degli infissi di ultima generazione ad alte prestazioni per fornire ad ogni camera il massimo comfort acustico e termico. Inoltre, la zona è molto tranquilla e residenziale. La zona Crocetta è famosa per essere una delle migliori di Torino! Il sistema di riscaldamento (incluso nel prezzo) è attivo 24h su 24h (dal 15 ottobre). La temperatura dei termosifoni è regolata in modo automatico in base alla temperatura presente all'interno e all'esterno della casa in modo da avere il massimo del comfort in ogni momento della giornata! (Di solito negli appartamenti normali, il riscaldamento si ferma circa alle ore 22! Questo è uno dei grandi vantaggi di scegliere una villa)
Ogni camera è dotata di connessione internet wifi, presa ethernet per collegarsi tramite filo e presa per la TV satellitare.
Ogni camera è molto grande e può essere affittata sia come singola o come doppia .
Se si sceglie come singola verrà affittata arredata con un letto di 140 x 190 cm
Se si sceglie come camera doppia, viene affittata arredata con due letti 80 x 190 cm
La villa dispone di 2 bagni (in uno di essi si ha anche la lavatrice) e cucina con 2 frigoriferi , 2 congelatori, una lavastoviglie e TV satellitare!
L'affitto comprende la connessione Internet ad alta velocità (disponibile in tutte le stanze e nel giardino) , il riscaldamento , i costi di manutenzione e i consumi di energia elettrica , acqua e gas. Pertanto il prezzo è davvero TUTTO INCLUSO!
La villa è su 2 piani. Il primo piano è provvisto di 3 camere, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Nel secondo piano ci sono, invece, 2 camere, un bagno e una cucina (con 2 frigo con congelatori, lavastoviglie e tv satellitare). I due piani sono collegati da una grande scala interna.
La Villa si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale , con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di accesso internet ADSL e la possibilità di collegare un decoder per la visione di TV satellitare.

this is a Villa with private garden, not an apartment! Maybe the only Villa in Torino with rooms on rent only for students!! It is close to Politecnico, University of Medicine, Economics, Biotechnology, etc (below you can see a list of the m(hidden)usses to reach your faculty). As you can see it is in a strategic position... you can reach quickly every part of Torino, because in this area you have also the main University Hospital of Torino and so it has to be reachable quickly also by bus from any part of the town!
Very close to the Villa (few meters) you also have a supermarket (Carrefour) and a very big park if you like to jogging. All the bus/tram stops that you may use (line 4, 10, 42, 63, 92, 92, 93 for example) the metro station are at about 700m.
The garden of the Villa is perfect for a relax time and it is also covered by the wifi internet connection!
Recently we changed all the windows of the house with a high performance new generation windows to provide each room the maximum acoustic and thermal comfort. Moreover, the area is very quiet and residential. Crocetta area is famous to be one of the best area in Torino!
The heating system (included in the rent) is on 24h/day during the heating period (from October 15ht) The temperature of the heaters will change automatically by an algorithm that consider the temperature inside and outside the house so that you have the best comfort at every time of the day! (Usually in the apartments, the heating system will stop at 10pm! This is only one of the advantage to choose a villa)
Every rooms is covered by a wifi connection and also have the plugs for internet Ethernet and TV sat.
Each room is very large and can be rented either as single room or as double room.
If you choose it as single room it will be rented furnished with a bed 140 x 190cm
If you choose it as double room it will be rented furnished with two beds 80 x 190cm
In the villa you have 2 shared bathrooms (in one of them you have also the washing machine) and kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 freezers, a dish washer and a satellite TV!
The rent includes high-speed Internet connection (available in all rooms and in the garden), heating, maintenance costs, and consumption of electricity, water and gas. The price is really ALL INCLUDED!
The villa is on 2 floors. In the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the Second floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen (with 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher and satellite TV). a big internal stair links the two floors.
The Villa is located in a quiet, residential area, with all the services nearby.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
