The Space:
L'Azur is a 25-square-metre studio designed for two guests. The living area features a comfortable 140 × 190 cm double bed, a flat-screen TV and a cosy armchair. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a two-burner hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster, along with all the cookware and tableware you need to prepare meals in. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. Bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided on arrival.
Guest Access:
Self check-in is available from 5 pm using a secure key box. Detailed access instructions and the door code are sent automatically the day before your arrival. The studio is located on the ground floor with no stairs, making it easy to reach with luggage. A private parking space is not included, but free street parking is available nearby and the Arènes public car park is a short walk away.
Interaction with Guests:
Your host is (hidden), a professional short-stay operator based in Toulouse. We are available every day from 10 am to 7 pm via the (hidden) messaging system or by phone. In case of emergency outside business hours, an after-hours number is provided in your check-in instructions. We aim to respond to all messages within one hour during operating hours.
The Neighborhood:
L'Azur is situated in the Cartoucherie quarter, one of Toulouse's most dynamic new neighbourhoods. The Halles de la Cartoucherie food hall is roughly 400 metres away, offering artisan bakeries, restaurants and fresh produce. Several cafés, bars and shops line the surrounding streets. The T1 tramway stop Cartoucherie is 300 metres from the studio and takes you to the city centre in about 15 minutes. The Arènes metro station (lines A and B) is approximately 800 metres away, giving direct access to Capitole, Jean Jaurès and the main train station Matabiau. The Garonne riverbanks and Prairie des Filtres park are reachable within a 20-minute walk or a short tram ride. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is 20 minutes away by car.
Getting Around:
Welcome to L'Azur. You will find the key box at the entrance; the code is in your check-in instructions. Inside, the studio is arranged as a single open space. The double bed faces the TV, and the armchair sits beside the window for natural light. The kitchenette is along the left wall with everything you need for cooking and coffee. The bathroom is through the door at the back. Fresh linen and towels are laid out on the bed, and a welcome booklet on the table lists our house rules, Wi-Fi password and local recommendations.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
