Immediately at the entrance (on the left) there is the living area, consisting of a comfortable sofa bed with a white wardrobe and a plasma TV. The area is very bright thanks to a large window next to the couch. The kitchenette has everything you need to feel at home. In addition there is a large piece of furniture to use as a pantry and a white table with four chairs. The bathroom is complete and has a shower and another window. The parquet floor is in perfect harmony with the light colors of the furnishing. In this apartment you will feel like home, only few minutes from the center of Milan!

Sesto San Giovanni is a town very close to Milan :20' to Duomo with red subway line . The station area is very popular and well-stocked. To find restaurants and shops you can just walk around. Everything you need is very close and thanks to the efficient public transportation, it seems to be in Milan!

Accessibility and transport:
Sesto Primo Maggio is the station of Sesto San Giovanni, well connected to Milan thanks to regional trains. In addition, you can take the subway directly at the door of the house (red line) and arrive to Milan city center just in 15 minutes!
During the weekend there's also the nightly transportation from Milan city center to Sesto Primo Maggio.

Conditions.

Bookings accepted from 1 month to 12 months:
in some months of the year we do not accept reservations with only 1 month of stay.

After booking confirmation, In order to proceed with the next steps and complete the booking, we need to ask you to provide some information and documents that you will have to send in the next 7 days from today. The information to be sent is mandatory for all incoming tenants, including minors if present.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The requested documents must show the real and valid reasons for the stay in Italy (study, work or other valid for Italian law, residents in the same municipality of destination are not accepted for transitory reasons.
For bookings with arrival within the next 7 days or in the following 24/48 hours after booking confirmation, customers must immediately send all the required documentation and proceed with the missing payments (Security Deposit, Utilities, Final Cleaning) otherwise the property will proceed with the immediate cancellation of the booking and will withhold the payment of the first month's rent paid to the portal without any refund.

Requested documents:
1-Documents: Passport or identity card for European citizens
2- Legal address of residence in the country of origin.
3- Tax Code for Italian citizens or residents in Italy.
4- School registrations, employment contracts, business trips, courses, internships, treatments, medical visits or hospitalizations, other things to be evaluated.

*For foreign guests who do not have a tax code, don't worry, you have seven (7) days after check-in to request it from the Italian Revenue Agency and send it to us, the tax code is mandatory for contract registration, if 30 days after arrival you have not sent the tax code, there will be a penalty of 50 euros for each week of delay.
*Documents other than those indicated above will not be taken into consideration and the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

To know:
It is not possible to send lease contracts if all due fees have not been paid beforehand. To access the apartment it is necessary to have first paid all due fees such as: utilities, final cleaning and security deposit, signed the contract and attached documents, acceptance of all terms and conditions of the service.
We recommend making the remaining payments as soon as possible after booking confirmation or at least 10 days before the arrival date, in this way we can proceed with the signing of the contract, in this way on the day of arrival we only have to deliver the apartment to you.
*The apartment is also available for companies, for contracts in the name of companies there is a 30% price increase.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
The delivery of the keys will take place directly at the apartment, previously organized with our employees, the delivery will take place only between 15:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Saturday, it will be the tenant's responsibility to contact the agency as soon as possible to establish the time, contact customer assistance at: (hidden) or on (hidden) at : (hidden) from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday we are not operational.
For check-in requests outside our opening hours, a written request must be made in advance, it will be evaluated based on availability, there will be an extra cost from 30 to 50 euros.
*Check-in and check-out are not accepted regardless of Sundays or national or local public holidays.
Payments to be made before arrival are:
1-Security deposit: 1 month for stays from 1 to 2 months and 2 months for stays from 2 months to 12 months, the property reserves the right to increase the security deposit if it deems it appropriate based on the occupancy and profile of the tenant.
The security deposit is required as a guarantee of the property and can never be considered as payment of the monthly rent or for any other type of payment, it must be paid in full no later than the day of check-in together with the costs of cleaning and flat rate required for utilities / condominium.
2-Initial and final cleaning: 150 euros for one-room apartments, 200 euros for two-room apartments, 250 euros for three-room apartments From 3 rooms up to 300.
3- Utilities and condominium flat rate: Studios 150 euros, two-room apartments 200 euros, Two-room apartments 250 euros, From 3 rooms up to 300.
* For the winter period from 15 October to 15 April in addition to the costs of utilities and condominium there will be in addition a fixed cost of heating that varies according to the type of property starting from 50 euros.
* For calls which do not start on the 1st of the month or which do not end on the 30th of the month, the balance will be proportional

CHECK IN / OUT:
- Check-in from 3pm to 6pm and check out until 11am from Monday to Saturday.
Check-in / out at the apartment outside office hours there will be an extra cost of € 30, upon request and acceptance by the structure.
There is no check-in / out on Sunday or holidays.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

- Registration costs of the first contract (in case of renewal the costs will be borne by the customer). In some cases and for the landlord's needs, it may be decided to apply the 'ordinary regime' registration method, which would entail an additional registration cost, the amount will always be divided between the landlord and tenant and not always in equal parts, it may vary according to various factors that will be taken into account during the contractual phase.
* In case of contract renewal for guesthouse use contracts, registration fees are not included.
* The initial and final cleaning service is mandatory, to be paid upon check-in. The following are required:
- 150 euros for the studios
- 200 euros for one-room apartments
- 250 euros for two-room apartments or more
Extra intermediate cleaning are available on request, cost to be estimated.

CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
-For reservations canceled more than 60 days before check-in, the tenant will receive the full first month's rent in advance.
-For reservations canceled between 31 and 60 days prior to check-in, the property receives 50% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant.
-For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant.
-For reservations canceled on the same day of the check-in date up to 48 hours after check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant and any refund of the security deposit will be at the owner's discretion.
*Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld.
If the lease is terminated before the natural expiry date as per booking, even with regular notice, the customer must compensate the property, where present, for the commissions paid to the website on the entire rent.
Upon check-out, if no damage is found to the apartment and all costs due have been paid, the security deposit will be returned within 14 days.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
