It is a recently completely renovated apartment, decorated, furnished and equipped expressly with the comfort and harmony of the guests in mind, so that the stay also becomes an unforgettable experience as part of the trip.
The accommodation consists of a large main room, very spacious and open-plan, with air conditioning, presided over by two windows facing the street, and which houses the living-dining room and an integrated and open kitchen, fully equipped. The living room has a large and comfortable chaise-long sofa, facing a 50'' smart TV.
On the other hand, a corridor connects the access door to the house with the main room, where the bathroom and bedroom are located, with a large double bed, air conditioning and a window facing the interior patio of the building.

It is an area full of shops of all kinds, as well as all the gastronomic, cultural and leisure offers that Santa Cruz offers, where guests will find anything they may need during their stay a few meters away. However, despite its central location, the street it is located on is very quiet, especially at night. Staying in this place will give you the authentic experience of the urban lifestyle of the capital of the island.
Very close to the accommodation is Calle Castillo, a pedestrian commercial artery of the capital. In the direction of the sea, we will find the Plaza de España and Avenida de Anaga, just 5 minutes away, where we will find the sea and one of the most diaphanous and pleasant spaces in the city. If we choose to go up in the opposite direction, we will arrive at Plaza Weyler, a pleasant area in which to have a coffee or an aperitif, and from which we have just 5 minutes from the lungs of Santa Cruz, the exuberant García Sanabria park and La Rambla, a nice wooded walk. Very close, too, we find the Plaza de El Príncipe, a 19th century construction and a meeting area for places to drink beers or wines. Finally, the Concepción neighborhood and its Calle de la Noria, the most historic face of the city, with its low colored houses and its nightlife, are also nearby.
With regard to leisure and culture, strategic points such as the Plaza del Príncipe, El Chicharro, Weyler and España, access points for seasonal festivities such as the famous Carnival, Christmas concerts, etc. and the Parque García Sanabria to enjoy one of the lungs of the city. In the cultural section we find in the immediate vicinity the public library and exhibition hall TEA, the Museum of Nature and Archaeology, the Auditorium, the Guimerá Theater, several emblematic churches, the Palmetum or the Maritime Park. The city center is an ideal area to practice sports thanks to its parks, calisthenics and outdoor training stations, as well as lanes for pedestrians, runners and bicycles along the Paseo Marítimo.

It is also worth noting the excellent communication by public transport, with bus, taxi and tram stops a few meters from the door. Enjoy our center!Santa Cruz is a capital that can be explored perfectly on foot. Virtually everything is within a maximum of 15 minutes on foot and our advice is to take advantage of it. If you want to visit La Laguna, you can use the bus or the tram (also very close to the apartment). If you decide to rent a car to visit the rest of the island, you can look for parking in the surrounding streets without worry because in the Canary Islands we don't have parking meters! and, if you can't find it, there are several paid car parks such as Parking Ramon y Cajal, Parking Weyler and Parking Centro Comercial Nuestra Señora de África.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the reservation for free within 30 days before moving.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your reservation less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
