Unsere moderne Duplex Wohnung bietet Schlafplätze für 1 bis 3 Personen.
Im 1. Stock befinden sich:
Das Badezimmer neu saniert und eingerichtet sowie eine große Einbauküche mit moderner Ess-Theke und zwei Hocker, ein modernes Esszimmer bestehend aus einem Esstisch mit sechs Stühlen, Stehlampe und Kirschholz Vitrine sowie ein Wohnzimmer bestehend aus einer bequemen Eck Couch mit Kissen und Decke, zwei kleine Tische und Lampe, ein Sideboard mit TV und Licht.
Im eigenen Flur führt die Treppe zum Dachgeschoss mit einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Bett 160x200 und zwei Nachttischen mit Licht, einem Kleiderschrank mit Bügel und Spiegel, einem Schreib-/ Schminktisch mit Regal, einer Relax- Lese- Couch mit Sideboard und Spiegel mit Licht.
Im Flur Obergeschoss befindet sich zusätzlich ein kleiner begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Im Anschluss folgt ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank und Spiegel, Schreibtisch mit Regal, Lampe und Drehstuhl, einem Bett 90x200 mit 2 Matratzen und einem einklappbaren Klapptisch rund mit Hocker.
Die Wohnung in unserem 2-Familien Haus befindet sich nur fünf Fußminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Von dort ihr in 8 Minuten in Troisdorf, 12 Minuten in Siegburg oder 30 Minuten in Bonn .

The bathroom has been newly renovated and furnished, as well as a large fitted kitchen with a modern dining counter and two stools, a modern dining room consisting of a dining table with six chairs, a floor lamp and a cherry wood display cabinet, and a living room consisting of a comfortable corner couch with pillows and blanket, two small tables and a lamp, a sideboard with a TV and light.
In the separate hallway, the stairs lead to the attic with a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and two bedside tables with light, a wardrobe with hangers and a mirror, a desk/dressing table with a shelf, a relaxation reading couch with a sideboard and a mirror with a light.
In the hallway on the upper floor there is also a small walk-in closet. This is followed by a second bedroom with a wardrobe and mirror, a desk with a shelf, a lamp and a swivel chair, a 90x200 bed with 2 mattresses and a foldable round folding table with a stool.
The apartment in our 2-family house is a five-minute walk from the bus stop. From there you can get to Troisdorf in 8 minutes, Siegburg in 12 minutes or Bonn in 30 minutes.
It is only 10 minutes from the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences:
Bicycle: 6 minutes (2.0 km) to the FH Sankt Augustin via Siegburger Str. and Rathausallee
Bus: 10 minutes to the FH, stop 1 minute away.
Car: 4 minutes to the FH Sankt Augustin via Siegburger Str. and Rathausallee
The motorway exit towards Cologne, Bonn and Hennef and the expressway towards Siegburg and Troisdorf can each be reached in 4 minutes.
Shopping facilities and ideal public transport connections are in the immediate vicinity.
Sankt Augustin is the second largest city in the Rhein-Sieg district with over 55,000 inhabitants and is in the immediate vicinity of Bonn. Thanks to the connection to the A59 airport motorway and the A3, all cities in the area can be reached quickly.
The Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences with the departments of economics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, technical journalism and computer science has been in Sankt Augustin since 1995.
Restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, hairdressers, supermarkets, doctors and financial institutions are just a few minutes' walk away.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
