The name of the Cluster Galleries Fashion Flats, in which this studio is located, comes from all the remodeling to which it was submitted, where it obtained a totally modern decoration and linked to the world of fashion.
It has two comfortable beds that can be configured the way you want, namely a double bed or two single beds.
The studio also has a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and free amenities that will be at your disposal. No need to worry about bringing sheets or towels, we will have everything prepared for you upon arrival.
A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, dishwasher, various cooking utensils, a coffee machine, and a toaster is also at your disposal, where you can prepare delicious meals.
The entire apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, 1 TV with cable TV, and air conditioning/heating. Anything to make you feel at home.
The main advantage of this apartment is to have an outdoor terrace at the top of the building, shared, equipped with your own furniture, and that allows you to enjoy an outdoor meal, or for example, drink a glass of wine after exploring the city. Enjoy!

In our accommodation we want you to feel at home, so hygiene and safety measures have been implemented in the apartments, to ensure that everything is sanitized, and properly prepared for your stay. A reinforcement is carried out in the final cleaning of the apartments and will have at your disposal material for individual disinfection. Additional cleaning and sanitation measures were taken and ensured the Clean & Safe Seal.

Being a studio located in the city center, in one of the most famous streets of the city, the Galeria de Paris Street, and next to the famous Avenida dos Aliados, this studio has all the amenities you need to have a good experience during your stay in the city “Invicta”.
The Galerias de Paris Street, in which this studio is located, is known for its nightlife, as the name of the apartment indicates, as it is in a street full of restaurants, bars, and some discotheques, so easy access and entertainment are not a problem.
Surrounded by attractions and spots to visit, when it comes to Portuguese gastronomy, this studio is located about 100m from the world-famous Hard Rock Café and the Levar Brewery, which is about 750m away, with the famous francesinhas.
The Hospital of Santo António is also about 500m away if you have an emergency, and you will also have a pharmacy 3 minutes away.
If you come from the airport, please note that we have a private transfer service, under appointment, which will be waiting for you at the time of your arrival and will take you to the building, offering total convenience for both you and yours.

We, Tripeiros, have special tips so that our guests can make the most of their stay. Our apartment is in the city center, next to the Tower of Clérigos, Livraria Lello, Câmara do (hidden), Station Of S.Bento. The street Santa Catarina is also nearby and there we suggest that you drink a coffee in the famous Café Majestic or in the late afternoon you can go to Cais de Gaia, City of Wine, and enjoy the Port wine.
Also, for the comfort and well-being of our guests, a few metro stations are our partners "Sensy" with health services and aesthetic beauty.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
