Incantevole appartamento con pavimenti in cotto di circa 70 mq, in grado di ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone, situato al primo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore in Piazza Artigiani. La proprietà si trova in una zona caratterizzata dai migliori negozi di vicinato, a soli 200 metri dal Lungarno e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e da tutte le sue attrazioni.
L'alloggio si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, due camere da letto e bagno.
Lo spazio interno è organizzato come segue:
- CUCINA/ANGOLO COTTURA con piano cottura a gas (4 fuochi), frigorifero, moka, bollitore, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, bollitore, calici da vino, tavolo da pranzo e vari utensili da cucina:
- SOGGIORNO con divano e TV 42 pollici;
- CAMERA DA LETTO I con letto matrimoniale, armadio, cassettiera e divano;
- CAMERA DA LETTO II con due letti singoli (di cui uno estraibile) e armadio;
- BAGNO con box doccia, lavabo, bidet e WC.
ULTERORI SERVIZI A DISPOSIZIONE DEGLI OSPITI: wifi illimitato, aria condizionata (split in soggiorno), ventilatori a soffitto (nelle camere da letto), riscaldamento autonomo, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, zanzariere, cassaforte, stendibiancheria e asciugacapelli.
Possiamo fornire culla e seggiolone a seconda delle disponibilità, previa richiesta.
L’intero appartamento è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti durante il soggiorno.
Accensione e spegnimento aria condizionata e riscaldamenti sono soggetti al rispetto della normativa italiana vigente (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 del 6.10.2022).
Estate: la media delle temperature dell'aria non deve essere inferiore ai 26°C per tutte le tipologie di edifici.
Inverno: la media ponderata delle temperature dell'aria non deve superare i 19°C. Il periodo di accensione e la durata giornaliera di accensione dipendono dalla zona climatica definita dalla normativa.

Il check-in avverrà in modalità self check-in online, completare la registrazione è OBBLIGATORIO per poter ricevere le istruzioni sul recupero delle chiavi ed accedere all'appartamento.
Le chiavi possono essere recuperate gratuitamente tramite keybox in loco.
In caso di problemi, l'assistenza telefonica sarà garantita fino alle 00:00.
Se desiderate invece ricevere le chiavi da un membro del nostro staff in appartamento, è possibile, su richiesta con pagamento di un supplemento pari a:
- Dalle 15:00 alle 21:00: euro 15,00;
- Dalle 21:00 alle 23:00: euro 25,00;
- Dalle 23:00 alle 24:00: euro 30,00;
- Dalle 24:00 alla 1:30: euro 40,00.
L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma al contempo ricca di servizi e ben servita dal trasporto pubblico. Si segnalano nei dintorni della proprietà i migliori negozi di quartiere, tra cui il caseificio in città e il migliore macellaio della città. A pochi passi dall’alloggio si trova il Lungarno, mentre il centro della città è raggiungibile con una passeggiata a piedi (circa 10 minuti) o con il trasporto pubblico (fermate degli autobus della Linea 14, 4, 2 e LAM Verde a pochi minuti a piedi dalla proprietà). La Stazione di Pisa Centrale, snodo di tutte le principali linee del trasporto pubblico per poter raggiungere i principali punti di interesse della città, dista circa 20 minuti a piedi o 10 minuti con il trasporto pubblico.
Il supermercato Carrefour Express dista circa 450 metri (6 minuti a piedi).
Principali attrazioni:
- Piazza dei Cavalieri: 15 minuti a piedi / 13 minuti con il trasporto pubblico;
- Piazza Vittorio Emanuele e Corso Italia: 17 minuti a piedi / 10 minuti con il trasporto pubblico;
- Piazza dei Miracoli: 25 minuti a piedi / 15 minuti con il trasporto pubblico.
- Dall'Aeroporto Internazionale di Pisa Galileo Galilei è possibile raggiungere la Stazione di Pisa Centrale Grazie al servizio Pisa Mover (5 minuti di percorrenza, 5 euro a corsa). Dalla Stazione si raggiunge facilmente l'appartamento grazie a diverse linee di autobus o con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti.
- Dalla Stazione di Pisa Centrale, è possibile raggiungere l'appartamento grazie a molteplici linee di autobus (Linea 2, 4, 13, LAM Rossa, LAM Verde), tutte con fermata a pochi passi dalla proprietà. In alternativa, è possibile raggiungere l’alloggio a piedi in circa 20 minuti.
- Se viaggiate in macchina, è possibile trovare parcheggi a pagamento (strisce blu) nei dintorni della proprietà.

- Tutti i documenti d'identità degli ospiti dovranno essere esibiti all'arrivo come previsto dalla Legge italiana. E' obbligatorio firmare un contratto di locazione breve che comporta spese amministrative comprese tra i 100€ e i 150€: l'ospite sarà informato di tali spese al momento della stipula del contratto

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
