The nice and small apartment is located in one of the most central areas of Pesaro, easily reachable by car and on foot, i.e. 5 minutes from the station, the sea and the city center, and the Rossini theatre.
The house enjoys all the comforts to guarantee a complete experience; in fact, all the spaces are used to allow an excellent stay. Therefore its excellent central location turns out to be an excellent solution for holidays or business trips.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a small historic building in Pesaro characterized by an entrance with a wooden door that opens to a short corridor that ends at the staircase of about 10 steps that reaches the front door.
The area is convenient to be reached by taxi/car from the station or the motorway and is functional for reaching any point of the city either on foot or using public transport as it is 5 minutes from the sea and the city center.
Living area
Upon entry, we are immediately welcomed by the living / open space area equipped with a complete kitchen, dining table, TV wall, and a French window leading to the patio.
Kitchen
Despite its small size, the apartment has been carefully furnished to make the most of every space; in fact, it enjoys the presence of a kitchen complete with an induction hob with ventilation hood, oven, microwave, large sink with dish drainer, coffee pod machine, fridge with freezer function and all the complete service for guests (dishes, glasses, cutlery, cups, etc.)
Patio
The outdoor area has a terrace where you can spend a few hours relaxing, here there is a small table where you can have a tasty breakfast or lunch. On the patio, there is also the latest generation washing machine positioned inside a piece of furniture.
Bathroom
In the direction of the corridor that leads to the sleeping area, on the left is the bathroom. There is a sink with a mirror, toilet, and bidet, a large shower with a sliding door, towel warmer, and shelves to place your beauty case and products for personal care. The bathroom is illuminated by a window located inside the shower.
Sleeping Area
The sleeping area is connected through the corridor which, in addition to reaching the bedroom, also reaches a small closet and a room/study with a chair and desk for possible smart working.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed for our guests, and a dresser with drawers to place your items. Everything is completed by sockets for charging your electronic devices.
The apartment is delivered complete with sheets and towels and upon your arrival, you will also find a small courtesy supply.
