Terraced house rental in Mallorca – July to Septem

We are looking for a reliable tenant for our beautiful terraced house in Sa Font de sa Cala for the months of July, August and September 2026.
Important: This is strictly not a holiday rental. We are only interested in rentals of 32 days or more. The house is ideal for long-term stays such as work, time out, transitional housing, visiting relatives, or testing life on the island. Short-term holiday bookings will not be accepted.
Our house offers a wonderful Mallorca idyll with all the charm of a typical Mediterranean home — including the occasional small, characteristic quirks that come with island living (such as rare power outages, which can happen from time to time in the region).
The living space of approx. 75 m² (interior) is divided into 2 bedrooms (one with partial sea view, the other with a view of the adjacent forest), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, utility room with washing machine, kitchen (with dishwasher, electric oven and gas stove), dining room, living room with balcony-terrace. Open plan design, spread over 2.5 floors. Good internet. Mosquito nets, no air conditioning.
Large multi-level outdoor area with terrace, parasol and lounge furniture. The garden needs to be watered regularly (10–15 minutes per day), which is a nice opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. Stairs lead up to the entrance. Not wheelchair accessible.
Please note: There is currently a construction site across from the house. The works take place from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. In the evenings, live music and concerts from the nearby 4-star hotels can be clearly heard. This is part of the lively Mediterranean atmosphere in this area.
To create a fair balance for these typical summer influences in the area, we have already reduced the rental price accordingly. The price we quote is therefore the adjusted, discounted rate.
The house is located in a pure residential area on a hill with a view of the small town, where there are 4 family hotels. Due to the steep access roads from two sides, we only share the exact location and address with seriously interested parties. It is advisable to be motorized for the entire rental period or at least for a large part of it.
Bus stop, small supermarkets, beach bar, 2 bars/restaurants and 2 beaches (in beautiful bays) are located in the lower part of the village (Sa Font de sa Cala) only 1 minute by car / 10 minutes walk from the terraced house. Mercadona, Lidl, Müller etc. in the lively Cala Ratjada (5 minutes by car) and its popular promenade are only 5 minutes away by car. The dream beach Cala Agulla can be reached in about 7 minutes by car.
No subletting, no parties, no drugs. Non-smokers only.
Price: upon request (includes internet, electricity, water and gas). Deposit: 1,000 euros. Mutual proof of identity (ID or passport) required.
By signing the rental contract, the house rules are accepted. The rental contract will be concluded under Spanish law.
The reservation is only guaranteed after payment of the rent and deposit.
We emigrated to Mallorca in 2010 and have been residents on the island ever since. We will gladly present our resident documents upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Strict (30-days)

You can cancel the reservation for free within 30 days before moving.

Backup accommodation

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent. The service fee is always refundable. If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee. After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
