Via Passo di Brizio hosts a very spacious two-bedroom apartment, extremely close to the San Siro Stadium and to the racecourse. Several underground lines, particularly the purple one (M5), cross the area making it very interesting to explore also thanks to the presence of many sparks of cultural interest such as the sculpture of a horse made by Leonardo Da Vinci.
Facilities like Esselunga (supermarket) or Farmacia Novara (pharmacy) are respectively in Via Novara 86 and in Via Novara 90, only two minutes far from the accommodation on foot. In the nearby, you can find many examples of local-based and ethnic gastronomy.
Living room and kitchen
The biggest space of this apartment is represented by the living room. The pastel hues of the walls are a really pleasant combination with the colours and the soft lines of the furniture and the wooden shades of the wide windows. A modern table in a glass with six chairs let this area of the house to be used also as a dining room. The centre of the room is occupied by a grey sofa that you can also use as an abundant single sofa bed. The furniture that leans on the walls frames the entire room.
The kitchen can be defined as a habitable space of this house and it is detached from the living room. The kitchenette and the working shelf are very roomy and you can find other practical shelves on the opposite side of the kitchen including the fridge and the oven. If you want to savour your meals in tranquillity, there is a commodious table with four chairs that are illuminated by the natural light that comes from the windows. The windows let see a nice balcony in a green park.
Bedrooms a bathroom
The apartment is provided with a little bedroom/studio. An enjoyable study zone with an essential but functional desk is distinguished from the proper bedroom that displays a single bed modular in two single ones. This bedroom is very bright thanks to the airy windows.
The pastel colours and the natural light also characterize the main bedroom. Two refined night tables frame a majestic double bed that you can divide into two single beds. If you want to place your personal stuff in the wardrobe, there is a very capacious one made up in lightwood with many compartments.

Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.
Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.
Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Via Passo di Brizio ospita uno spaziosissimo trilocale vicinissimo allo Stadio San Siro e anche all’Ippodromo del Galoppo di San Siro non che ad altre attrazioni sportive. Molte linee di metropolitane, in particolare la linea lilla (M5) attraversano la zona rendendo quest’area molto interessante da esplorare grazie alla presenza di diversi spunti di ristorazione e siti di interesse culturale come il Cavallo di Leonardo Da Vinci.
Comodità come il supermercato Esselunga o la Farmacia Novara si trovano rispettivamente in Via Novara 86 e in Via Novara 90, a soli 2 minuti di cammino dalla sistemazione. Si trovano nelle prossimità numerosi esempi di offerta culinaria locale ed etnica.
Soggiorno e cucina
Lo spazio più grande di questo appartamento è rappresentato dal soggiorno. I colori pastello delle pareti costituiscono una piacevole combinazione coi colori e le linee morbidi della mobilia e coi toni del legno delle ampie finestre. Un moderno tavolo di vetro con sei comode sedie, lascia che questo spazio si possa adattare anche a sala da pranzo. Il centro della stanza è occupato dal divano grigio che può essere sfruttato anche come un ampio letto singolo se necessario. I mobili a muro col grande televisore, incorniciano il tutto.
Uno spazio abitabile è la cucina separata dal soggiorno. L’angolo cottura e il ripiano di lavoro sono molto ampi e altri comodi scomparti si trovano sul lato opposto della cucina insieme al forno e al frigorifero. Per consumare i pasti in tranquillità, si ha un grande tavolo con quattro sedie illuminato dalla luce naturale che proviene dalle finestre, le quali lasciano intravedere un balcone arioso che si affaccia un un bel parco verde.
Camera da letto e bagno
L’appartamento è provvisto di una cameretta/studio. Una confortevole zona studio con una scrivania essenziale ma molto funzionale si distingue dalla camera da letto vera e propria che presenta un letto singolo scomponibile in due posti letto singoli. La camera si presenta molto luminosa grazie alla finestra.
I colori pastello e la luce naturale caratterizzano anche la camera da letto principale. Due raffinati comodini incorniciano un letto matrimoniale spazioso che si può dividere in due posti letto singoli. Per riporre tutti gli effetti personali, si ha un armadio in legno chiaro molto capiente con numerosi scomparti.

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
