The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of 2 major railway stations of Milan, Centrale, and Garibaldi, both very well served by public transports and connected to the main points of interest of the city. Piazza Gae Aulenti, one of the landmarks of the ‘new’ Milan is moments away, as well as the sparkling Corso Como and the upscale Isola district, famous for the Bosco Verticale, its incredible restaurants, and clubs.

In the area you find a supermarket (Carrefour Express, Via Francesco Algarotti 3, at 50 meters), a Lloyds pharmacy (Via Melchiorre Gioia 40, at 70 meters) and a Popolare di Milano bank (Via Melchiorre Gioia 47, at 50 meters).

Living room, kitchen, and balcony
The flat comes with a traditional wood-beamed ceiling and a rustic open plan kitchen with exposed bricks, a clever combination of contemporary and more traditional design. In the apartment the predominant color is white to be found on the walls and the ceiling: it balances the rustic wooden beams, the traditional furniture, and the parquet (to be found in all rooms).
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself and your family and comes with a small balcony with views of Milan.
Beside the entrance, there is a wrap-around balcony facing the building’s courtyard.
The day area has a functional dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed.

Bedroom and bathroom
The night area is composed of a double bedroom and a functional bathroom. In the bedroom the bed stands in the middle; it also has some ageless pieces of furniture, such as a white wall closet and some drawers beside the headboard.
The bathroom, which differs from the other rooms, is provided with baby-blue tiles, a dark wooden cabinet, taking after the style of the beams, all comforts, and a nice tub.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).

Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.

Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.

Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.

Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

La zona
Questo bilocale è situato in una zona strategica poiché è posizionato in prossimità delle stazioni Garibaldi FS e Stazione Centrale, da cui è possibile raggiungere ogni zona di Milano desiderata grazie alla rete di trasporti offerta. Piazza Gaulenti, Corso Como ed il quartiere Isola con tutti i locali ed i ristoranti sono distanti soltanto pochi minuti a piedi dall’appartamento.

Soggiorno cucina e balcone
La tipologia di appartamento è quello della mansarda, il soffitto infatti si presenta inclinato con le travi in legno grezzo richiamando uno stile rurale in una struttura moderna. Le mattonelle rosse spiccano nel complesso di pareti bianche, mettendo così in risalto la cucina, la quale è fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti da consumare nell’area pranzo presente nello stesso locale. È presente un balcone vicino alla zona cottura da cui poter ammirare la vista della città e del palazzo della Regione completamente illuminato. La livingroom presenta anche un’area TV in cui il divano può diventare un comodo letto per due persone.

Camera da letto e bagno
Anche in questo caso il parquet ed i mobili bianchi sono due caratteristiche che prevalgono nella zona notte: il letto matrimoniale, posto al centro della stanza, ha di fronte l’armadio bianco lungo tutta la parete ed i cassetti sono presenti dietro alla testiera. Le pareti del bagno invece sono rivestite da piastrelle color celeste e da un mobile dello stesso materiale dei sostegni in legno. Il locale è completo di tutti i sanitari ed è presente una spaziosa vasca.

Tasse escluse dal prezzo

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
