This flat is located to the east of the city center, in the Acquabella district, which is named after its famous farmhouse dating back to the 15th century. Within 500 meters there are plenty of services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and clubs. Moreover, the Città Studi district is within very easy reach: the area is efficiently connected by public transport with Lambrate station, and the eastern ring road is at hand, so that moving inside the city or getting to the neighboring towns is extremely convenient.
In the area you find a Carrefour Express supermarket (Via Giovanni da Milano 7, at 100 meters), Susa pharmacy (Piazzale Susa 6, at 250 meters) and the Crédit Agricole Italia bank (Piazzale Susa 1, at 200 meters).
Living room and kitchen
This flat consists of a modern living room, with both contemporary and vintage elements. It features a cozy sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a spacious table with six design chairs, matching the style of the apartment. In addition, the room comes with two windows that make it bright and pleasant.
Next to the day area you find the 70s inspired fully fitted eat-in kitchen and the long balcony with views of the calm surroundings.
Bedrooms
The night area is composed of two big bedrooms with two single beds (alternatively, they might be used as a double bed).
The first bedroom has refined parquet floor for a unique, welcoming atmosphere, a spacious wardrobe and a TV for your free time.
The second bedroom is larger than the first one, has a chest of drawers and TV. In addition, it comes with bright walls that create a pleasant environment with a contemporary vibe. Lastly, the room comes complete with a balcony.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms: the first one is long and narrow with white and gray tiles, a mirror, a washing machine and shower; the second one comes with full bathroom fixtures and a bathtub.
HOUSE RULES
Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.
Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.
Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.
Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.
Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Soggiorno e cucina
Il trilocale è composto da un soggiorno dotato di un comodo divano letto, una televisione a schermo piatto e un ampio tavolo con sei sedie di design. Grazie alle due ampie finestre, l’ambiente è luminoso e accogliente.
Adiacente alla sala troviamo la cucina abitabile. Questo locale, in stile anni ’70, è completamente accessoriato e dotato di tutte le comodità. Dalla porta finestra in cucina si accede ad un lungo balcone esposto su un’area tranquilla del quartiere.
Camere
L’appartamento è dotato di due camere da letto, entrambe dotate di due letti singoli con possibilità di trasformarli in comodi letti matrimoniali. All’interno della prima camera, dotata di un ambiente unico e confortevole, troviamo un armadio capiente e una televisione che permette un completo relax.
La seconda camera, ancora più spaziosa della precedente, è dotata di cassettiera, un’altra televisione e anche un pratico balconcino indipendente.
Bagni
All’interno del trilocale troviamo due bagni spaziosi. Il primo si sviluppa in lunghezza ed è dotato di tutti i sanitari e comfort. È provvisto di un ampio specchio, di una lavatrice e di un box-doccia. Anche il secondo bagno dispone di tutti i sanitari ed è inoltre munito di comoda vasca da bagno.
REGOLE DELLA CASA
I nostri prezzi comprendono il Servizio Residence con assistenza e includono: IVA (ove prevista ai sensi del D.lgs. 633/72) biancheria da camera e bagno iniziali, utenze (luce e gas entro limiti di utilizzo giornalieri per evitare sprechi), accoglienza del personale (hidden) in appartamento, Internet Wi-fi. Tasse escluse dal prezzo

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
