Gli spazi sono organizzati in modo moderno ed efficiente: una zona living con mobili su misura e TV, una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici, piano a induzione e penisola, una camera matrimoniale con grande armadio e TV integrata, nonché un bagno pratico e ben organizzato.

Presenti split dell’aria condizionata in entrambi gli ambienti e tapparelle elettriche per garantire il massimo comfort e un oscuramento completo della camera.

Dotato di tutti i principali servizi: Wi-Fi veloce, asciugacapelli, lavatrice/asciugatrice, macchina Nespresso, microonde, zanzariere e servizio di portineria.

Su richiesta, con sovrapprezzo, è disponibile anche un piccolo posto auto/moto coperto.

La posizione è semplicemente ideale: 10 minuti a piedi da CityLife, 5 minuti a piedi da Corso Vercelli e il Duomo si raggiunge in 10 minuti di metropolitana (linea MM1 rossa). La fermata si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dall’appartamento.
L’appartamento si trova nella zona Marghera–De Angeli, una delle aree più autentiche e apprezzate di Milano.
Se cerchi la vera Milano, sei nel posto giusto: una zona residenziale e tranquilla che, nel giro di pochi passi, si anima tra negozi, ristoranti, wine bar, caffetterie, palestre e spazi di co-working. Un perfetto equilibrio tra relax e vita di quartiere.

Ulteriori precisazioni
Per soggiorni pari o superiori a 30 notti, verrà stipulato un contratto di locazione transitorio entro il momento del check-in. La registrazione del contratto può comportare l’applicazione di imposte, ove previste dalla normativa vigente.
Inoltre, qualora applicabile, sarà dovuta l'imposta di soggiorno (city tax).

Deposito cauzionale
Viene richiesto un deposito cauzionale, da versare tramite carta di credito. L’importo verrà restituito entro 72 ore lavorative dal check-out, previa verifica dello stato dell’immobile.

Orario di check-in
L’orario standard di check-in è compreso tra le 15:00 e le 21:00.

Utenze
Il canone include i consumi di utenze per un utilizzo normale. Eventuali consumi di elettricità eccedenti potranno essere addebitati e trattenuti dal deposito cauzionale.

Codice fiscale e contratto
Ai sensi della normativa italiana, è necessario essere in possesso di un codice fiscale valido per poter sottoscrivere il contratto di locazione. Il codice fiscale può essere richiesto presso Agenzia delle Entrate o tramite il Consolato competente, almeno una settimana prima del check-in.
Il contratto di locazione deve essere sottoscritto entro il momento del check-in. In mancanza, non sarà possibile accedere all’appartamento.

The apartment is furnished with great care and attention to detail, designed to offer comfort, functionality, and a high-level stay experience.

Extremely bright thanks to large windows overlooking a beautiful shared condominium garden, spacious, well-maintained, and also accessible to guests.

The spaces are organised in a modern and efficient way: a living area with custom-made furniture and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, induction hob and peninsula, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and integrated TV, as well as a practical and well-designed bathroom.

Air conditioning units are installed in both rooms, and electric shutters ensure maximum comfort and complete blackout in the bedroom.

Equipped with all main amenities: fast Wi-Fi, hairdryer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, microwave, mosquito screens, and concierge service.

Upon request and at an additional cost, a small covered parking space for a car or motorbike is also available.

The location is simply ideal: 10 minutes on foot from CityLife, 5 minutes on foot from Corso Vercelli, and the Duomo can be reached in 10 minutes by metro (MM1 red line). The metro stop is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is located in the Marghera–De Angeli area, one of the most authentic and appreciated neighbourhoods in Milan.

Additional information
For stays of 30 nights or more, a short-term lease agreement will be signed at the time of check-in. Registration of the agreement may be subject to applicable taxes, where required by law.
In addition, where applicable, a tourist tax (city tax) will be charged.

Security deposit
A security deposit is required and must be provided by credit card. It will be refunded within 72 working hours after check-out, subject to verification of the property's condition.

Check-in time
Standard check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm.

Utilities
The rent includes utilities based on normal usage. Any excessive electricity consumption may be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

Tax code and contract
Under Italian law, a valid Italian tax code is required in order to sign the lease agreement. It can be obtained from the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) or through the relevant Consulate at least one week before check-in.
The lease agreement must be signed by the time of check-in; otherwise, access to the apartment will not be possible.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
