Spacious apartment located in front of the Casa de Campo. With Wi-Fi internet by fiber. Expenses are included (community, doorman, gardener, etc.). Students only pay for their consumption (water, electricity, Internet and heating). You have to clean the common areas once a month or pay 10 euros for cleaning. Contract, and deposit of two months. Payments from the 1st to the 5th of each month. Very well connected by metro and buses and 10-15 minutes from the center of Madrid. It has shops, leisure and sports areas.
The apartment has 120 meters, it is ideal for 4 or 5 students (maximum 6). It is located in front of the Casa de Campo, (Campamento and Casa de Campo meters). It can be occupied entirely or by rooms.
All exterior, with lots of light, a large living room, terrace, 4 bedrooms (1 double and 3 singles) and two bathrooms. With central heating, doorman and parking for residents.
Very well connected with almost all universities, especially Complutense, Francisco de Vitoria, Rey Juan Carlos (from Alcorcón and Fuenlabrada), Europe from Madrid and Carlos III (Puerta de Toledo campus). With a university bus line that goes directly to the Complutense Campus of Somosaguas and another to the Montegancedo Polytechnic in Boadilla del Monte.
By metro you can immediately reach Ciudad Universitaria, and in 10-15 minutes to the center of Madrid.
It is very well connected, with metro and buses.
The closest accesses to the RENFE (train) station are Príncipe Pío (metro line 10) and Aluche (metro line 5). By bus you can go to Atocha at number 36.
Communication with the Barajas Airport is easy, you have to take the L-10 Metro to Nuevos Ministerios and there take the L-8 that leads to terminals two and four (20 min). The subway ticket works but you have to pay a supplement.
It has shops and stores.
Opposite the metro is Carrefour Exprés, it is a shopping center. 50m. there is a market and also a DIA (food supermarket, at a very good price). Illescas street is the most commercial street in the area, it has shoe stores, fashion stores, decoration stores, travel agencies, etc.
On the way to the metro there are branches of the main Spanish banks: Santander, BBVA and Bankia.

The house is surrounded by parks and green areas. In the Casa de Campo there is a bicycle lane, a circuit for running, a lake where you can practice rowing and a municipal swimming pool. There is also the zoo and the Amusement Park. In addition, it has a large stage for shows and performances and an area for sporting events.
And a few kilometers away, Madrid Xanadú, a shopping and leisure center where you can practice adventure sports. Inside is Madrid SnowZone, a large indoor track, the largest in Europe, where you can ski and snowboard, 365 days a year.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
