"DESCRIPTION
Located on the outskirts of the elegant and exclusive neighborhood of Salamanca, just opposite the Fuente del Berro park, Calle Sancho Dávila, this refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat is located in one of the most residential areas of Madrid, where buildings with stately façades, tree-lined streets, shops, restaurants, and cafés predominate.

It is located on a 2nd-floor exterior, with large windows overlooking the street. The decoration is in a modern, minimalist contemporary style, where soft tones stand out, perfectly combining comfort and good taste with a very pleasant atmosphere. The interior is highlighted by the large amount of natural light that enters through the large windows to the exterior.

Upon entering, the living/dining room opens onto a large grey sofa and a cream-colored sofa in front of it, a coffee table, and a large flat screen TV on a wooden sideboard with a mirror. The dining area has a white table for 6 people, with cream leather chairs. This area is accompanied by a large grey cupboard in the entrance hallway on the left-hand side, with numerous drawers for storage, and the entrance to the second bathroom is complete with a shower tray with a glazed shower cubicle.

To the right of the entrance is the kitchen, all in white with a grey top, with built-in cupboards including the latest appliances, such as a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer. It is equipped with all the kitchenware and utensils that guests may need.

The master bedroom has a large bed (1.60×2.00m) built into a piece of furniture that hides it completely in order to use all the space in the bedroom. It has large built-in wardrobes in a separate exclusive corridor, a glass console table, and side sections to the bed that function as a library. It has a large window that gives it plenty of light. The en-suite bathroom has a glass enclosure with a marble slab.

The second bedroom has a single bed with storage drawers underneath, wall sections for a bookcase, and two further beds built into a cupboard that allows them to be opened independently. The upper bed can be accessed via a ladder. Both bedrooms look out onto quiet, uncrowded streets, with windows to completely isolate the noise of the city. The entire flat has wooden floors, except for the tiles in the bathrooms.

It is a 13-hectare park with the gardens of Sancho Dávila, with lots of greenery, fountains, ponds, paths, and bicycle paths. Apart from the park, the area has numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and all kinds of services just a few steps away.

The flat is very well connected to the rest of the city as it enjoys excellent transport links, with the metro stations of Manuel Becerra, O'Donnell, and Ventas just a few streets away. Just a few meters away is the Bus 12 stop that takes you to the city center. It is surrounded by authentic and traditional places that are part of the daily life of the Madrilenian.

"DESCRIPCIÓN
Situado en la periferia del elegante y exclusivo barrio de Salamanca, justo frente al parque de la Fuente del Berro, calle Sancho Dávila, este piso de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, reformado, se encuentra en una de las zonas más residenciales de Madrid, donde predominan edificios con fachadas señoriales, calles arboladas, comercios, restaurantes y cafés.

Se encuentra en una 2a planta exterior, con ventanales a la calle. La decoración es de estilo contemporáneo moderna, minimalista, en donde destacan tonos suaves, combinando perfectamente comodidad y buen gusto con un ambiente muy agradable. Su interior resalta por la gran cantidad de luz natural que entra por los ventanales al exterior.

Al entrar se abre el salón/comedor con una gran sofá gris y otro al frente color crema, mesilla de centro, y una gran TV pantalla plana de formato grande sobre un aparador de madera con espejo. El comedor tiene una mesa blanca para 6 personas, con sillas en piel color crema. Esta área está acompañada por un gran armario en gris, en el pasillo de entrada a mano izquierda, con numerosos cajones para almacenaje, y la entrada al segundo baño completo con plato de ducha con cabina acristalada.

A la derecha de la entrada se accede a la cocina, toda en blanco con tope color gris, con armarios empotrados que incluyen electrodomésticos de última generación, como son la lavadora, horno, microondas, frigorífico y congelador. Está equipada con todo el menaje y utensilios de cocina que los huéspedes puedan necesitar.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama grande (1.60×2.00m) empotrada en un mueble que la esconde por completo para poder utilizar todo el espacio del dormitorio. Tiene amplios armarios empotrados en un pasillo exclusivo independiente, una mesa de cristal tipo consola, y tramos laterales a la cama que funcionan como biblioteca. Tiene un ventanal que le da mucha luz. El cuarto de baño en suite tiene cabina acristalada con losa de mármol.

El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una camas individual con cajones de almacenamiento por debajo, tramos en la pared para biblioteca, y otras dos camas empotrados en un mueble que permite que se abran independientemente. A la cama superior puede accederse mediante una escalera. Ambos dormitorios dan al exterior a calles tranquilas y poco transitadas, con ventanas para aislar completamente el ruido de la ciudad. Todo el piso cuenta con suelo de madera, a excepción de losa en los baños.

Es un parque de 13 hectáreas con los jardines de Sancho Dávila, con mucho verde, fuentes, estanques, caminerías y caminos para bicicletas. Aparte del parque, la zona cuenta con numerosos comercios, cafés, restaurantes, bares, y todo tipo de servicios a tan solo unos pasos de distancia.

El apartamento se encuentra muy bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad ya que goza de excelentes conexiones de transporte, teniendo a pocas calles las estaciones de metro de Manuel Becerra, O’Donnell y Ventas. A escasos metros se encuentra la parada del Bus 12 que accede al centro de la ciudad. Está rodeado de lugares auténticos y tradicionales que hacen parte de la vida cotidiana del madrileño.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
