The apartment is around 70 m2. The building is located in a really quiet neighborhood and you have all that you need close to the flat.
Supermarkets, cafes, bars, groceries, shops, pub, discos, stores (open h24) and the shopping mall Galeria Krakowska are all very close to the place!
This is an old historical building recently renovated. Perfect apartment for foreign students and/or young workers (people who wants to live in the center and hate cars).

The apartment is located just in the heart of the town, precisely half minute walk from the Kraków old town (Stary Miasto), around 2 minutes walk from the market square “Rynek”, approximately 3 minutes walk from the famous shopping mall Galeria Krakowska, around 6 minutes walk from the Jewish quarter (Kazimierz).
The public transport is excellent. Trains, tram, bus are all within few minutes walk from the place.
There is a good internet WiFi connection with a very good speed and unlimited transfer of data (fiber internet connection).
The cost of the bills is NOT included in the price of the rental shown in this advert, however the Lessor and the tenants can deal a reach-out monthly amount for all the utilities/bills (option all inclusive).

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
