This is a two-bedroom apartment located in one of the most charming district of the town.

The bills and utilities are upon consumption. Part of the heating-system utilities, water and rubbish are in the same bill.

Neighbourhood - LOCATION
The apartment is located in Fałata 14 street, next to well known Krakowskie Błonia and Jordana Park, 10 minutes walk from the Main Square. It’s very easy to access to other parts of Krakow, The area is served by many tram and bus lines.

The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The Lessor can hep the tenants in the bureaucracy (help for the registration of the temporary residence in Poland, PESEL and much more). PRICES For the summer season (July and August) the Lessor could apply a discount.
Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
