The apartment is centrally located with great underground connections to the city center, good cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but still quiet in the up-and-coming Mülheim district of Cologne.
The 2-room apartment is fully furnished. All you need to do is unpack your suitcase.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). Fresh bed linen is of course ready. A large wardrobe is available.
In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (approx. 180 x 200 cm). A separate table is available here, which can be used as a desk, WiFi, a large flat screen as well as a Teufel hi-fi system with Bluetooth for up to six transmitters.
From the living room there is a balcony with comfortable seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, toaster, mixer and fridge and freezer. There is also a hair dryer and iron.
The subway connection is perfect. 3 stops to the Cologne Trade Fair and 15 minutes to Cologne Cathedral / Old Town.

Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Sie brauchen nur Ihren Koffer auspacken.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein gemütliches Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm). Frische Bettwäsche liegt natürlich bereit. Ein großer Kleiderschrank steht zur Verfügung.
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine sehr gemütliche Schlafcouch für 2 Personen (ca. 180 x 200 cm). Hier stehen ein separater Tisch zur Verfügung, der bestens als Schreibtisch genutzt werden kann, WLAN, ein großer Flatscreen ebenso wie eine Teufel Hifi-Anlage mit Buetooth für bis zu sechs Sendegeräte.
Vom Wohnzimmer geht es zum Balkon auf dem gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten bereit stehen.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Toaster, Mixer und Kühl-und Gefrierschrank. Es gibt außerdem einen Fön und ein Bügeleisen.
Die U Bahnanbindung ist perfekt. 3 Stationen bis zur Kölnmesse und 15 min zum Kölner Dom/ Altstadt.

Im schönsten Bereich Mülheims liegt die Wohnung nur wenige Minuten von der Messe Köln, E-Werk, Rheinpark und Rhein entfernt. Zwei Straßen weiter sind Sie bereits am Rheinufer und können die Rheinpromenade entlangspazieren.
Direkt nebenan ist das gemütliche Café-Restaurant Vreiheit mit kleinem Biergarten oder das Café Jakubowski. Weitere gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Für Selbstversorger hat der REWE bis 24 Uhr geöffnet. In Steinwurfweite befindet sich die KVB-Haltestelle Köln-Mülheim, von der Sie die Messe Köln oder den Dom sehr schnell erreichen.

Partys oder Veranstaltungen sollten besucht werden und nicht in der Wohnung abgehalten werden, daher nicht gestattet.
Location:
In the most beautiful area of Mülheim, the apartment is only a few minutes away from the Cologne Exhibition Center, E-Werk, Rheinpark and the Rhine. Two streets further you are already on the banks of the Rhine and can stroll along the Rhine promenade.
Right next door is the cozy Vreiheit café-restaurant with a small beer garden or the Jakubowski café. Other good restaurants are within walking distance.
REWE is open until midnight for self-caterers. The KVB stop Köln-Mülheim is just a stone's throw away, from which you can reach the Cologne Exhibition Center or the cathedral very quickly.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
