Charming room in Cologne Buchheim.
Welcome to our friendly apartment on the "schäl Sick".
Buchheim, a district of Mühlheim in Cologne, is an up-and-coming trendy neighborhood with a very good infrastructure
Here you will find everything: stores for your daily needs, restaurants of all kinds, parks, sports facilities and everything within easy walking distance.
Our apartment is very well connected to local and long-distance transportation and is surrounded by nature.
From here you can reach the city center with Cologne's landmarks in a few minutes by bus, S-Bahn or Strassenbahn.
The Strassenbahn, S-Bahn and bus station are within walking distance, as are the rental car and bike/scooter rental stations.
You live in a bright, sunny, quiet room that is largely separate from my rooms.
We have triple-glazed windows, so you can't hear anything from outside pwhen the windows are closed.
In addition to a bed, desk, armchair, wardrobes and lamps, your room also has a fridge, stove and microwave, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery, so that you can easily prepare meals.
Internet, you can register your own DSL connection, which our previous tenant has also done and it is possible without any problems. I provide a modem with a small rate for the transition.
You share the bathroom, toilet and hallway with me and my little cat.
I provide bed linen and towels.
The room is lockable.
You are responsible for cleaning your room (hidden) have your own vaccum cleaner.
There is a charge for cleaning the common areas every 14 days.

The apartment is large but would get too crowded with more people if you consider that I live there too. You can have friends over for a few hours if you arrange this with me in advance, but no overnight guests allowed.

Willkommen in unserer freundlichen Wohnung auf der „schäl Sick“.
Buchheim, ein Stadtteil von Mühlheim damit Köln, ist ein aufstrebendes Szeneviertel mit sehr guter Infrastruktur
Hier findest Du alles: Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, Restaurants unterschiedlichster Ausrichtung, Parks, Sportmöglichkeiten und alles unproblematisch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Unsere Wohnung liegt ,sehr gut angebunden an den Nah- und Fernverkehr, im Grünen .
Von hier aus erreichst du die Innenstadt mit Kölner Wahrzeichen in wenigen Minuten mit Bus, S Bahn oder Strassenbahn.
Strassenbahn,S Bahn und Busstation befinden sich , ebenso wie Mietwagen und Leihstation für Fahrrad und /Scooter in fussläufiger Entfernung.
Du bewohnst ein helles,sonniges ,ruhiges Zimmer, das von meinen Räumen weitgehend getrennt ist.
Wir haben 3fach verglaste Fenster, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man man nichts von draussen.
In deinem Zimmer sind ausser Bett, Schreibstisch,Sessel,Schränke,Lampen auch Kühlschrank, Herd und Microwelle , sowie alle notwendigen Küchenuntensilien und Geschirr vorhanden, so das du dir problemlos Mahlzeiten zubereiten kannst.
Internet, du kannst deinen eigenen DSL Anschluss anmelden,das hat unsrere bisherige Mieterin auch gemacht und es ist problemlos möglich. Ich stelle ein Modem mit einer kleinen Rate für den Übergang zur Verfügung.
Das Bad, sowie Toilette und Flur teilst du mit mir und meinem kleinen Kater.
Ich stelle Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer ist abschließbar.
Für die Reinigung Deines Zimmers bist Du selbst verantwortlich.Du hast deinen eigenen Staubsauger.
Gebührenpflichtige Reinigung der allgemeinen Räume alle 14 Tage.
Die Waschmaschine ist gegen Gebühr nutzbar.

Bitte beachte , ich akzeptiere nur Buchungen von Einzelpersonen.
Die Wohnung ist zwar groß, aber würde mit mehr Personen zu voll werden, wenn du bedenkst, daß ich dort auch wohne. Du kanst Freunde für ein paar Stunden bei mir haben, wenn du das vorher bitte rechtzeitig mit mir absprichst, aber keine Übernachtungsgäste erlaubt.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
